Siamo appena rientrati dopo tre settimane nella Casa di Adele.
Che dire... l'ospitalità cortese e discreta di Livio Modoni, di suo padre Michele e suo zio Raffaele ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra e pienamente a nostro agio. La casa è molto bella, pulita ed
organizzata bene. I soffitti con le volte a stella restaurate le conferiscono un fascino d'altri tempi. I letti sono molto comodi...
La posizione geografica, pur se distante dal mare, permette di muoversi in tutte le direzioni senza grossi problemi, ma consiglio la litoranea adriatica per praticità. Il paese è tranquillo e la
gente cordiale e disponibile, il cibo come in tutto il Salento è buonissimo e a buon mercato. I consigli di Livio e famiglia sui posti da visitare e i ristoranti si sono rivelati ottimi ! Siamo stati
bene e speriamo di tornarci presto !

During Summer I had the pleasure to stay at La Mangiatoia in Palmariggi during 5 days together with my girlfriend. The place is really beautiful with an exquisite combination of antique architectural
with interior décor. Additionally we were able to spend a wonderful time during breakfast or at the end of the day at the garden located right in front of the door. There, people can chill out and
enjoy peacefully and without worries a good glass of italian wine together with tasty Tarallis and tasty cheese of Salento. The place is also well located and you can reach the most beatiful beaches
of Salento in only 10 minutes with a car. Torre Sant Andrea would be one of many examples of the beautiful beaches that make you feel like you are in Paradise.
The room is full equiped with new furniture, kitchen, TV, air conditioning and even a washmachine !! (everything brand new). Just 3 minutes away walking you can find a supermarkt, an ice cream shop
and a good italian restaurant.
The owner of the place is really kind and was always there to help us. He will give you all the information you need, as well as best tips where to eat!
People of the town are also really friendly and you can be sure you will have an amazing time during holidays. I am defitnely going back again this year! ;) . Thank you very much for everithing Livio

Ende September habe ich ein paar Tage mit meinem Freund in Palmeriggi verbracht. Wir haben in La Mangiatoia übernachtet und waren begeistert. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert und wird erst
seit diesem Jahr vermietet. Vorallem die Elemente der alten Gemäuer, die noch zu sehen sind, sind richtig beeindruckend. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht sogar eine Waschmaschine ist
vorhanden.Mir hat auch der kleine Garten mit der Sitzmöglichkeit sehr gut gefallen. Man erreicht vom Haus aus in ca 3 Minuten einen kleinen Supermarkt, 2 Restaurants und mehrere Bars/Cafes ein
größerer Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll um an den Strand zu fahren. Der nähste befindet sich in Otranto zu dem man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto braucht. Das
Wasser dort ist traumhaft, fast türkis. Wenn man andere Strände erkunden will kann man die Besitzer fragen. Sie waren sehr nett und haben uns mit Insidertipps der besten Restaurants und der schönsten
Stränden versorgt.
